Looking for a spouse is not looking for a conversation
Every time the family gets together, someone asks where you stand. You say you are seeing somebody, or that you are not really looking. Neither is true.
On general-purpose apps you sort by a photo, and eight months later you find out that one of you wants to marry within the year and the other in five, that one will never leave their city and the other is moving next year. The time lost is real, and it costs.
The costly part is not failing to find someone. It is finding out too late.
Mizan is built for the opposite: whatever could separate you is written at the top of the profile, before the first message. This is not an app for casual meetings. You come here with an intention, and you say so.
A plan, not a shop window
Every profile states four things before anything else: the marriage timeline, where they will live, children, and the kind of household. This is exactly what you will read.
These examples show the template. No real profile is published to date, and no photograph of a person appears on this site.

Nobody needs to know you are thinking about it
Looking for someone often costs something that has nothing to do with the search: being seen looking. A profile a cousin recognises, a colleague who guesses, a conversation you would rather not have.
Here, writing and publishing are two separate acts. The first one is invisible. Until you have decided on the second, what you wrote appears nowhere.
And here is what we cannot do yet: make you unfindable to particular people once your profile is published. Blocking exists, it is silent and you can lift it whenever you want — but it comes afterwards. We would rather write it than let it be assumed.
Three steps, and nothing commits you before you do
You present your plan
Your four criteria, then a few lines about what you are looking for. Twenty minutes, no card, and you can withdraw it at any time.
You confirm your address
A confirmed email address is enough to publish: no telephone number is asked for, anywhere. Higher checks — identity document, face — will open other rights; none is in service today.
You reach out, or someone writes to you
Writing will never be paid. You set the minimum verification level of anyone allowed to reach you.
The conversation opens, if you accepted
An accepted contact opens an exchange between the two of you, and only between the two of you. Blocking closes it at once, on both sides.

Verification is not a decorative badge
Four levels. Each one opens the profiles that ask for it, and is lost if the commitment is not kept. On equal scores, the level breaks the tie — for everyone. You set the minimum level of the people who may write to you, and that setting is not for sale. Your required criteria do the rest: they do not merely remove results, they prevent the approach. The refusal names the criterion, never your answer.
None of these checks is in service today. They describe what we are building; nobody has been checked yet, because the service is not open.

What could keep you apart, shown from the start
Answer for yourself. The result recalculates with every change. On a real profile, the display also names the criteria you do not match on.

Four commitments, written to be enforceable
We have no testimonial and no audience figure to show you: the service is not open. What we can show is our rules.
Nobody publishes without having stated their marriage timeframe, where they live, whether they want children, and the household they have in mind. That is the first thing shown.
You decide the level required to write to you, and that setting works today. The check itself is still to be built: once it exists, the document will be examined then deleted, and we will keep only the outcome.
No photo: the field does not exist, neither in the form nor in the database. The first name shown may be a pseudonym: no one checks that name, and nothing else identifies you. No sign-in through social media. Profiles are not indexed by search engines. You withdraw your profile whenever you want, and your data goes with it.
An app funded by advertising is paid for the time you spend on it, not for the marriages it makes possible. We have no advertiser: we have nothing to gain by keeping you here. Writing will never be paid. We will live on the reinforced check, on a time-limited highlight and on a comfort subscription. Nothing else.
What you can check yourself, without an account

What people ask before starting
Is this a dating app?
Not in the usual sense. You do not come here to chat or pass the time: you present a marriage plan and look for someone whose plan fits. Anyone not looking for that has no business here, and we say so.
Could someone I know come across my profile?
Profiles are not indexed by search engines and cannot be read without an account: that is also why the public pages show only examples of the format, never real people. This does not make discovery inside the service impossible — we will not claim that — but it is not public, and withdrawal is immediate.
Do you have to pay to write to someone?
No, and that will not change. Writing is what the service is for; charging for it would mean selling the waiting. What may become paid is written above, in the commitments.
What happens to my identity document?
We have not been given a single one: the check is not in service. Here is the rule we hold ourselves to for the day it is — the document will be checked, then deleted. We will keep the outcome, that is the level reached, never the document.
How many people have already signed up?
None. The service is not open to the public and we will never publish a figure we cannot prove. Our commitment is a number: 300 published profiles before 31 December 2026. If that threshold is not reached by then, we will say so publicly on this page.

We open city by city
A service for marriage is worth nothing if it is scattered. A hundred people in one city are worth more than ten thousand spread thin. A city opens when enough plans are published there — yours included.
- No city is open yet The service has opened nowhere. The first city will be the one where enough plans have been published — not the one we would have picked in advance.
- Prepared, not yet open Brussels, Antwerp, Liège, Ghent, Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and others. They stay out of search engines as long as the service is not open there: announcing an empty city helps nobody.
- Yours, if it is not listed You can declare your plan from any country. It waits for your city to open, and you withdraw it whenever you want.
